Having worked in customer service roles all my working life, I understand how important it is to get to know your customers well and more importantly to keep in regular contact.
That’s why I ensure that my Area Managers hand pick and allocate the same team to each job every day and regularly check standards. Our Area Managers closely supervise each team and are asked to meet with each client on a face to face basis every week to check that they are happy with the standard of their Daybreak team’s work. Oh and I pop in myself every now and again to ensure our staff meet and exceed your expectations!
